Responsive Customer Service

The tracking showed that a label had been created but a week later there was no movement on my order. I emailed Opal & Olive and inquired about when to expect my order. They sent a replacement order FedEx so I would have it in just a couple of days. It arrived in time for a birthday event. I appreciate them being so responsive.
